Notes regarding transparency in the exercise of public functions and the right of accessto public information

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to present a series of elements that allow a conceptual and theoretical approach to be carried out on the principle of transparency as a guideline for the exercise of public function within the framework of a democratic system and the right of access to public information as a direct manifestation of this principle.
