Review of the book “Cyberbullying”. Analysis of the victimization of minors in cyberspace from the theory of everyday activities

Abstract

This research reviews the work Ciberacoso, by the author Natalia García Guilabert. It analyses cyberspace as a new area of criminal opportunity, minors as victims of non-sexual cyberbullying, the theory of everyday activities, and the victimisation of continuous non-sexual cyberbullying in minors. It includes an explanation of the structure of the document, emphasising the contribution this publication provides for law school students, teachers, trial lawyers, prosecutors, and judges.
