The principles of law represent a milestone in the law-yer ́s education, although their analysis is delivered theoretically and abstractly. . Therefore, it ́s unusual to conceive a proposal that presents these principles as a fundamental legal concept. a This background motivated the present article/essay? which analyzes the judgment No. 001-17-SAN-CC. CASE No. 0096-09-AN through an identification of key legal concepts and their relationship with the principles of law
