Theory, logic and interdisciplinarity in legal argumentation

Abstract

The theory of legal argumentation has been widely develo-ped by the legal doctrine which is why this article aims to summarise the main studies developed from a dogmatic perspective on juridical argumentation. Consequently, this study seeks to compare them and ve-rifying their practical utility at the moment of building legal arguments.
