Legal Report No XIV - Group for the Harmonization of the Law in Latin America (GADAL): Quito 2022

Abstract

This report amis to present a section of the specific normative instruments called “Framework Code for the Harmonization and Modernization of the Law of Obligation”. It takes into consideration the civil law tradition and the particularities of the region (without losing sight of the developments of this matter in comparative law, especially in other experiences of harmonization of private law) and that constitute fairer and more effective legal models.
