Abstract

The administration of justice has the essential task of ensuring the proper functioning of the State, and its role is fundamental to its maintenance, permanence, and credibility. This has a direct impact on the consolidation of its development, mainly through efficient markets. Furthermore, this article explores some preliminary legal-economic considerations when studying the interactions between the public budget, fiscal impact, and convictions against the State.
