• Content of the Letter:
The cover letter must accompany the manuscript submission and include the following information:

• Title of the article: Clearly state the full title of the manuscript.
• Justification of relevance: Provide a brief explanation of the article's importance and academic contribution to the legal field and its relevance to the journal’s thematic lines.
• Declaration of originality: Affirm that the manuscript is original, unpublished, and not under review in any other publication.

• Statement of Compliance:
The letter must include an explicit statement confirming that the authors:

• Comply with the ethical and publication guidelines established by the Revista Facultad de Jurisprudencia (RFJ).
• Accept the double-blind peer review process.
• Adhere to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
• Agree to have the manuscript reviewed through plagiarism detection software.
