• Verification Checklist:
Before submitting a manuscript to the Revista Facultad de Jurisprudencia (RFJ), authors must ensure that the document meets the following requirements:

• Originality: The manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under review in another publication.
• Citation Format: All references and citations must follow the APA (7th edition) style.
• Length: The article must meet the minimum length of 4,000 words or 12 pages, depending on the publication category.
• Structure: The manuscript must include the following sections: Introduction, Development (with subtitles), and Conclusions.
• Bibliographic References: All sources must be properly listed in the References section, following APA guidelines.

• File Format:

• The manuscript must be submitted in Word format (.doc or .docx).
• Font: Gandhi Serif, size 11 (footnotes in size 9).
• Line Spacing: 1.5.
• Margins should be set to 2.5 cm on all sides.
• The file must include the abstract and keywords in both Spanish and English.
