Evaluation criteria
The Revista Facultad de Jurisprudencia (RFJ) applies the following criteria to ensure the academic quality of submitted manuscripts:
- Topic Relevance: The article must address a relevant topic for the legal community with potential impact in the legal field.
- Originality and Novelty: The manuscript must present original content and contribute new and significant knowledge in its area of study.
- Methodological Quality: Empirical studies must demonstrate a rigorous and coherent methodology with proper data analysis.
- Structure and Writing: The manuscript should be well-structured, with clear sections (introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusions) and precise writing.
- References and Citations: Articles must correctly follow the APA (7th edition) citation style, using current and relevant references.
