The RFJ values the critical role of reviewers in the editorial process and establishes the following guidelines to ensure academic rigor and publication quality:

• Reviewer Selection Criteria:
Reviewers are selected by the RFJ’s Editorial Board based on their academic expertise in the manuscript's subject area. Preference is given to academics and professionals with a proven track record in research and publications in high-impact scientific journals.

• Confidentiality:
Reviewers must strictly maintain the confidentiality of the manuscripts they evaluate. They must not share, discuss, or disclose the manuscript's content with third parties or the authors without the explicit authorization of the editors.

• Conflict of Interest Declaration:
Reviewers must refrain from evaluating any manuscript where they have a personal, professional, or competitive conflict of interest. They are required to immediately inform the editorial team of any potential conflict.

• Commitment to Objectivity and Respect:
Reviewers are expected to provide critical, constructive, and respectful feedback, focusing solely on the scientific quality of the manuscript. Offensive or inappropriate comments must be avoided, and reviewers should offer clear and well-supported suggestions for improvement.
